From Metro Toronto and GTA to Newmarket
The best way to plan your route is to use Triplinx:
What is important to note is the difference between Newmarket Go Station and Newmarket Go Bus Terminal. The trains and busses that go to Newmarket Go Station drop passengers off at the Tannery Mall (a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Hall venue). Busses that drop passengers off at the Newmarket Go Bus Terminal are dropping them at Eagle Street and Davis Drive, where another connecting bus is needed to reach the Old Town Hall venue. Whenever possible, choose routes that will take you to Tannery Mall (Davis and Superior Streets--See maps A & B below).
Map A (below) illustrates the direct, ten minute, walking route to NNPF venue, Old Town Hall. Map B (below Map A) illustrates the walking route along the Tom Taylor Trail--a slightly longer, but more beautiful stroll.
